Pros
Small enough to sit on my desk. Does a great job. Very satisfied.
Bought after being disappointed by a cordless westcott sharpener. Unlike the westcott, which was nothing more than a manual pencil box sharpener with a motor attached.
Cons
Not worth the hassle, returning this unit and buying a different brand. Very frustrating, especially being a teacher.
It has no power to sharpen it, it quits like it ran out of battery. The sharpening blades angle is way too steep so the point taper is rather short. Broke during first use of sharpening my daughter’s colored pencils. Don’t buy this sharpener.
Not a good product. Regular usage. Complete waste of money. Do not recommend. Don't waste your money.

I chose this model because it seemed like it was more lightweight than the old one i had which made a ridiculously loud bang when my two children would drop it on the floor

This pencil sharpener is much faster than my old one which was also a bostitch but the problem is that it literally screams when you use it

Luckily it only takes less than 5 seconds to sharpen a pencil most of the time otherwise it would be unusable
