Pros

The directions are written in comprehensible english. Since i have assembled way too many foreign things in my time, i really appreciate how blessedly simple and foolproof this system is.

The chair is well cushioned and the material is sturdy. The cushion is very thick and sturdy, but a bit hard.

Four screws attach the seat back. Two more screws hold the 3/8 crossbeam tube in place. The castors are simple press-fit and very snug!

Cons

Shoddy workmanship. The fabric is cheap, and bunches up after several weeks of use. The padding is really cheap foam on top of plywood. Pretty shoddy worksmanship.
