Pros

Headphones are lightweight and comfortable to wear. Earcups pivot so that they aren't a hindrance to turning my neck. Construction of these headphones is held up very very well. Noise cancelling is really good and they are super comfortable.

Good for traveling and somewhat sturdy. I use them for wfh and school over the pandemic this past two years. This is the second set i am ordering as a gift for my family.

The wireless feature is incredibly convenient, allowing me to move around freely without getting tangled up in cords. I love the fact they sync to multiple devices at once. The one drawback is the bluetooth range.

Cons

When the bluetooth works i like the headphones, but you shouldn’t have to struggle so much.

Called bose to get support, after being on hold for 20 minutes with a indian call center. It's connected, i try resetting everything and reconnecting, but still this issue persists.
