The rubber seal means the lid fits quite tightly so there is no way to open the lid except to prise it away with your finger nails at the edge… not very satisfactory

There are 3 socalled programs… ice cube crushing making smooth blends of drinks and a chopping program which when pressed performs 6 quick bursts of chopping and then stops

When assembling the jug onto the base it is necessary to twist and click twice to engage fully otherwise the safety cutout comes into play and prevents power being switched on
