The ruger lcp ii does not have a positive safety but rather relies on a trigger blocking device that could pose a danger with pocket carry.

This holster would absolutely permit safe handling with a loaded, ready-to-fire, lcp ii if the situation called for it.

Tie a cord into one of the holes to ensure it comes off in the event that you have to pull it.

Works great, good quality construction and design and amazingly, it does conceal well inside your pocket.

As the holster becomes disengaged from the trigger guard the thumb and fingers begin to grip the gun with the trigger finger straight along side the gun frame and not on the trigger.
