Pros
It accelerates the drying of superglue really well. Instead of having to hold a tricky bond together until it deigns to set (and inevitably get your fingers glued to it as well), this allows literal instant bonding.
Cons
If you want an instant cure for your super glue look elsewhere.

I read a lot of unfavourable reviews of this product and it seems to me that the instructions were not followed properly resulting in failed joints and unhappy customers

Dries super glue almost immediately just have to be careful how you spray it on

Ive used superglues before and they are good but they can be slow to work and that is not often ideal

Cyanoacrylate or ca for short is just the name for superglue

Make sure that the 2 surfaces to be glued are clean and dry
