Pros
Color is perfect! I have it full of books and it is holding just fine. An excellent product, at an excellent price and fantastic customer service. Bookcase is sturdy and feels stable enough to hold weight.
Easy to put together. With the drill, easy-peasy. Box parts and hardware organized for easy assemble. Pros:- easy assembly (just screw in a bunch of hex machine screws, all tools included)- strong and sturdy.
Cons
The scratch appearance must be an intentional pattern. Don't want to deal with the hassle to return them.

These shelves are excellent for the price
It looks great and i feel like it is a good value for the money
They reimbursed 10 dollars for the inconvenience
I just didn’t want to spend the 150 on it and so when it went on sale for blackfriday i didn’t hesitate since i’ve been wanting it

Fyi my shipment went through usps instead of amazon even though i ordered it from amazon
I emailed customer service they responded in 1 day and they sent me extras to complete it
It only took a few days to receive the part which worked just fine
Packaging/appearance
Wellpacked and organized so as to aid in assembly
It looks great with my new office
They had had a note in the packaging that said to contact them instead of returning
The packaging and directions were very easy to open and follow
Competitiveness
Picture shows the completed bookshelf and also another shelf sold by the same company
It was the size i needed so i spent the extra 50 or so more than the competitors charge for similar shelves

I put both shelves together by myself in a little more than an hour

The shelves are sturdy and have a nice faux wood grain finish that is not smooth so they end up looking like real wood

There was a problem with one of the crossbars
