Quality

It is sturdy, well-made, love the color, and above all, it is super easy to put on.

I did not find this hard to adjust at all and all seems very sturdy for my little dogs who are very excitable and strong pullers.

My 8 month old retriever was awful with the former harness, but honestly, the very first time she wore this, it stopped.

Not sure why the velcro strap is so long for the size medium, will have to cut some off and put something on the end to stop fraying.

Price

All in all for the price, these are a good purchase.
