I love how it tastes so earthy and healthy, it helps me to feel full for at least 3/4 hours. I like cacao for its vitamin and mineral profile, not just it's taste. Regardless of the taste, it fuels my gym and running sessions.
Cons
The taste is disgusting. Nothing like cocoa or coconut. Advertising suggest coconut and chocolate, reality is most unpleasant.
