Pros

They're so heavy duty and durable. They aren’t more expensive. And they are very portable. More expensive but worth every penny.

Thousands of people rely on the wirecutter for product recommendations. I will never be ripped but won't be flabby, either.

Cons

Bands are too cumbersome to set up for a real workout. They only give you two handles, so your grip is not as solid. They have an accompanied chart showing exercises, its very big and lot of fairly small diagrams, seems too useless for me.

The lifetime guarantee is a sham. After 10 days, it still smells the same. It has a persistent plastic odor.

Amazing quality the difference is so obvious the bodylastics are made so much better than other brands

Significantly better than anything you can find at a big box store

The carabiners are a thicker gauge compared to the hardware store version of the first set
