Very durably, gets the job done. Work just as advertised. Prompt delivery and no issues with order.

Construction is good but needs to be adjustable. Sturdy and trust worthy.

It takes some measure of physical strength to lift yourself up, definitely not for beginners. This has now become one of the pinnacle workouts that i use in my abdominal and core routine.

They are heavy to lug around the gym, but i put them in a small backpack instead of my gym bag, which makes it more convenient (and less conspicuous) to carry around in the gym. I am 308lbs and they will hold me upside down with no concern.

Had a pair i bought years ago and the quality of these is up to par with what i bought then


At first they seem really big but if you flex you feet upwards towards your head you will be fine and they feel safe i love this product

    The simple padding that is included might help someone that is having a loose fit but ive actually been using the padding in my shoe to better support my ankles and take some pressure off

    One last gripe the safety latch has unlocked itself on a few occasions but only after rigorous use
