So far i am loving this heating pad, but i am concerned about reading another review showing the burned product.

I also wish there was a loop to hold in the battery, which keeps falling out.

This thing is a life saver at work, but the battery doesn't last super long on the highest setting and sometimes i bump it and turn it off on accident.
