It has changed my body and quality of life more than i could have ever imagined
Exercise is just a part of my life and i enjoy challenging myself with the hopes that as i age it will reward me with better health
Once i am done with the progressions in this book i am definitely moving onto marks other book yayog
And because of how it progresses the participant i do not see myself getting board with the program either

Can do knee pushups but not regular can do modified inverted rows but not normal cant even imagine doing a pullup
