Pros

The taste isn't the best but it isn't too bad either. I just measure out one ounce, pour it in a small shot glass and * it. The taste is funky but it's similar to apples so i mix it in my toddlers apple juice and i gulp it down.

Good for stress or depression or illness or overall health and wellbeing. I teach group exercise in the morning and my classes have noticed that i have become a real dynamo. This is a wonderful across the board supplement.

This stuff just amazes me. Pleasantly surprised by it. This is my second month of it, and it's worth every penny.
