Pros
An excellent product. Very sturdy build. Worth every penny. This thing is unreal!
I have to admit i was sceptical about ordering this. It's not a miracle cure but it has made a significant difference to my quality of life. Using this product is brilliant, it helps my muscles to relax.
Rest it on the floor, on carpet is best (i wouldn't attempt this on laminated or hard floors) place the widest end at the base of your spine and slowly allow yourself to lay backwards.

Used when i get the first twinge, the pain goes away as quickly as it arrived. At first felt awkward but it get easier, now feels taller and much more active than i was.
Cons
My main gripe with this product is the price. It's too flat. Even the third level/angel is not enough for a proper stretch.

As a longterm sufferer of lower back pain i can say it has been of real benefit
