Pros

Using in our greenhouse to control a heater. Works very well with my little amazon heater. It powers a hot water recirculating pump connected to a tankless water heater.

This contraption allows you to set it and forget it. It is easy to program and functions just as described. Need to read the instruction carefully. The device has plenty of variables that can be used to create the exact behavior you want.

Incredibly fast courteous response. Customer service is outstanding! A thanks goes out to steven and dianna, along with other staff i've dealt with over the years.

As someone who is a nut for home automation, this device serves its purpose perfectly. The device is extremely durable.

Cons

The app and wifi on this unit are, in all seriousness, a joke. They are rated at 1800 watts, but tripped on a 1500 watt heater. Trying to set temperature setpoints and alarm setpoints via the app is horrible as well.
