However my first impression is mixed as the battery does not come with a plastic cover to protect the contacts when the battery is out of the camera

It holds the charge very well and i can take about 600 700 shots on the k5 iis easily but of course depending on how much the focusing motors in the lenses are used

This battery goes down in a few hours and does not reach a full charge in the charger
