They are warm and not hopelessly unsuited in the rain. They are supple. After that they have adequate cushioning. Summer is less snuggly.

Half size up is roomier inside than the whole size under it. They fit my feet well with a narrowish heel and a wider forefoot with a highish arch. Well made boot, however, sizing is difficult.
