I like using these when i go to the gym because if i use a regular wired headphone then the cord sometimes gets in the way or is pulled out and then they pop out of my ears

With these headphones not only do i not have to worry about the cord because it is wireless

The headphones also have the over ear piece so they stay put and dont just pop out randomly
