Should have sent it back because it completely fell apart as i took it out of the packaging

Now the second one is broken after pulling the charger out of the piece

    Perhaps i got a defective unit but my battery lasts less than an hour on a full charge

    I have been testing it out around the house over the last two days and on a full charge can listen to it for about an hour before i start getting the incessant battery low messages and then it dies
