They come with multiple earpieces of varying sizes and in two colours black and clearwhite and the rubber loops that somehow brace the earpiece within the ear

Push the right earpiece button for a few seconds until they beep you may need to have them in your ear to hear the beep and a voice say power on

Although the addon rubber loop braces are a bit hit and miss they should help to keep the earpiece in place by tucking behind a part of my ear
