In the box are different sized tips for the earbuds a micro usb charging cable and a clip that can keep the headphones attached to the back of your shirt to stop them from falling out of your ears though in practice i found that the clip actually made the earbuds fall out more readily

On the topic of fit the earbuds create a decent seal in your ear and stay put even when working out if you select the correct sized tip for your needs
