I tried using it on a transit bus and there just wasnt enough volume on either end of the call

I switched back to just the phone during this call and we were able to communicate just fine so i am rather disappointed

It didnt come with a spare smaller cushion over the speaker and the other one that came in the box was larger so i went without it and used the hook to keep it on my ear otherwise just the cushion would keep the earpiece in your ear

Unfortunately the volume was not good either way

It did not have noise reduction and found that i had to cover my ear in order to block out the sound around me

The volume was pushed up to maximum and my caller still sounded very far away
