While on hold i tried to go over the instructions in the manual once again and realized the buds werent seating completely flush in the case

I turned over one of the buds and just by chance the overhead lights in my kitchen reflected on a teeny tiny rectangular protective film covering each earbuds charging receptacles

Excellent wireless earbuds crisp soundgood battery life easy pairing and comfortable in ear with different size earplugs i dont even feel them on my ears
