I plugged this adapter into the back of my pc for cleanliness and when i sat further back from my pc, say 6 feet, my bluetooth headphone would start to cut out.

Have purchased multiple for all the computers in the house, performs well and also carries audio well enough, however there is a slight degradation compared to the phone.

However this is very hard to notice and is most likely due to the wattage my computer is drawing.
