The sound quality is great the battery life is excellent and included accessories make this a great buy
I got a pair of these a while back and although the sound quality is very good there are several serious problems with this headset
I didnt give it 1 star since i never tried out the quality of a phone call

What kind or condescending product supportwarranty is this product support has no business asking about product price
You can find either part separately with better quality and lower price
I expected a little more for the price i paid 100

I dont have time to be shipping things back and fourth id like my purchases to last when i buy them
I had to pay an additonal 40 shipping to returned the defective product to their us headquarters

Pros sound guality for headset is quite good on my blackberry 8900 bluetooth range extends comfortably throughout a rather large home headset hold a charge of 5 continuous hourscons the audio streamer would barely hold a charge

All of the concerns listed elsewhere are valid delay makes watching movies difficult not compatible with every phone need to turn device off to pair
