Easy to assemble about 45 min all parts were in the box

During shipping the box did get damaged and a small part of the chair but support was very fast to rectify the issue

Chair is great went from a cheap 50 wally world desk chair that was not the greatest it started breaking in literal days and within a few months was completely falling to pieces

The only bad thing was that the screw holes were covered up by the leather which made it a little more difficult to assemble

The first chair i received was damaged

Eventually the chair bent and snapped while i was using my vr thus suplexing me to the ground like some crazed wrestler
