Pros

First time writing a review because of the service. Inquire the same while purchasing others. Looks premium.

Design and looks are good. Decently fast filling. Brass connector/valve is of very good quality. Slightly noisy, but still ok, since it's not very intrusive.

Cons

Word of stay away from this brand. Pls don't buy at all. If u want to waste yr money.

Support is full corporate cheating. Was repaired but only after registering the complaint 7-8 times.

Water filter is not covered under warranty. Repair the purifier or see you at consumer forum. Even water tank can't be cleaned.
