    The metal base with a stretched elastic band, unfortunately weakly holds the entire structure in the area of attachment and fixation of the spider, bends, have to twist.

    I coupled this shock mount with the rode psa1 arm, and all the concerns i had, about being able to record in my office space, went away.

    I started with the auphonix mount because of the big price difference, but i quickly realized the quality was poor there.
