Pros
The snowball exceeds my expectations. They are usually fifty bucks so any discount on that price is a real bargain. The desktop app is alright. For the price it's worth it.

Cons
Blue ice's snowball ice microphone is not compatible with windows 10 pro computers. The manufacturer provides no drivers for this product. Amazon tech support won't send me a pdf to fix the microphone. The microphone won't work on amazon.
This microphone was a good value years ago, now it's a neither the best value and has terrible durability. It's laughably tiny, has no adjustments for height nor independent adjustment of legs. Useless piece of plastic.

But when i hooked it up to my mac mini and got a phone call i know there is a mute button in the right hand corner of my monitor
