The pan is ovensafe and i have used it successfully under the grill although care should be taken with the metal handle which becomes very hot hence the removal of a star

Cleaning was a synch but keep metal away you gotta wash it alone not chuck things in if ever

There doesnt appear to be any problem with heat distribution in the frying pans when cooking for example fried eggs they cook evenly wherever they are in the pan

Its a slight shame that only the larger two saucepans have lids though
