Pros

I usually use neilsen-massey, but at $30 for 2 ounces, it can be a bit steep. This is one of the most reasonably priced per ounce.

Vanilla bean paste is the key to making your baking better. The paste has a good vanilla flavor and is full of little vanilla bean speckles.

Cons

There are plenty of vanilla bean flecks but that doesn't make up for the bad flavor and poor aftertaste. Smells like kerosene. Watery, not at all what i would call a paste.

Since i cannot return it i am out about $30, which is irksome. This item is not returnable despite what the q & a says. Worst buy.
