If you wear anything bigger than a 0 definitely get a small and not xs.

My breast are 36c so you are heavy up top, this top may fit you small.

The top is comfortable, fits great and looks nice, the bottom is not my favorite, very high in the waist and a little bit loose and not very tummy friendly.
