    The humming would start around 55 and the board would begin to catch wind and lifting a little bit.

    If you torqued it down to what's required to stop board flop you would destroy your cars door seals.

    Here is my new review:it takes some trial and error with these racks, but once you get it, they’re great, if you read on and see my old review, the rack would loosen, make crazy noise and i had to keep pulling over.
