    I've tried a number of the best gluten free pizza recipes and all were disappointing--gummy or hard or both gummy in the middle and hard on the outside (not like a good kind of crispy on the outside, just almost too hard to bite into).

    My 7 year old son commented on one of the other recipes: real pizza has passion, this pizza is dead inside.
