Pros

Shaker is larger than you might think, which is nice for rigorous mixing. Works well for 3 giant scoops of protein powder. The thicker gauge spring cuts through everything.

I love it soooo much. It's durable too. Fits in backpack pocket comfortably.

Clear and easily identifiable markers to track your intake. Only caveat is cleaning the cap is difficult without a wire brush. I try to drink a gallon of water a day and this definitely helps me get there.

Cons

"it’s the most pungent chemical/plastic/who-knows-what taste you will have ever tasted.

It never seals correctly and drips when you shake it. Will be trying for a return or refund. May need to look for different manufacture on our next order.
