The tape is so thin and get wrinkled like kitchen aluminium foil. This isn't what i wanted.

The skill evolves if trying to get a really smooth finish it is difficult but i think that will be the case with any adhesive tape

Develop technicque and concentrate on preparation ie remove all obstacles have clear working area as you really need to avoid the tape sticking to itself due to extreme adhesiveness
