If the blackvue battery was easier to get replaced i would give this camera 5stars
The downside though is i bought the 128 gig edition which came with the blackvue labeled 16 gig sd card and a 128 gig samsung sd card
The way to fix this is to change the zone zone start up the camera with the change then change the time zone back

They were very fast and shipped it back to me

I’ve owned my blackvue dr650gw2ch for over a year now
The dash cam is great as i have come to expect from blackvue

The only issues ive hadit will sometimes give the wrong time on the videos even though the time is correct and the time zone is correct

I solve this problem by looking to make sre the led indicates that the camera is recording

The camera has worked wonderfully for over a year however several months ago the internal timedate battery died due to the hot california summer

I contacted blackvue in korea and i paid 50 usps and then paypaled 50 to pittasoft because it was past warranty to replace the battery

The next day i went to the tow yard and slipped my cameras out from their mounts took it home and sure enough it caught everything
