That is not a fault of this specific device rather any pore vacuum requires you to have soft open pores in order for it to work properly

There are some little cotton pads that i had to google where to put pro tip they go under the silver piece that goes inside the head attachment

I also wasn’t aware that i needed to open the pores with hot steam so the first attempt at this product didn’t yield much results
