Too large an opening for the blemish size and it cannot apply enough surrounding pressure to push out the contents

Too small a loop opening and it just pushes the pimple contents deeper into the skin and does damage

Some pimples just continue like this extendedly or the head is too small for the hardened contents to extract

Your skin will have the indentations from the tolls for a little while but it does go away in this actually avoids skin being bruised because theres no squeezing together with your fingers not a whole lot of added force
