Pros

I love the 2 handle option to keep them close. The only thing i would improve is maybe another clip so you could clip the extra length of lease up out of the way when using the short handle.

Handles are nice and comfy. Handle is padded really well. I wish the rest of the leash was a little thicker/sturdier.

Cons

Customer service from the manufacturer is nonexistent. It is very un-nerving because he is reactive. This is not the only leash he did it with, but it's still unacceptable.
