I love everything about it except for the extremely cheap fabric carrying bag which is so poorly made that it ripped the first time i zipped it over the folded table

One of the headrest base handles accidentally broke and i contacted customer service to see if they could send me a replacement

They didnt give me any problems whatsoever and i received a replacement free of charge since it was still under warranty

I weigh 200 pounds im the therapist and when i lean against the table or lean into some deep tissue work the table doesnt even know im there
