Pros
If you break a band they replace them for life. Low price for the pretty good quality makes buying them occasionally totally worth it.
These have the small carabiners at the ends that i prefer. I have a leash trained cat (we live on a main road and people are always speeding) i've a lat pulldown bar and a tricep rope that i attach to these.
Cons
The quality of this replacement band is far less than the original that i bought. It is almost as if this company has contracted out its manufacturing to some factory that just grabs things lying around and connects them to a piece of rubber. It smell... Read More

Some have the handles on them so you can’t combine them with other bands

I can easily do an overhead press with my 50 lbs bands 20 reps but with this 70 lbs it’s impossible to stretch it far enough to even get one
