Easy to clean with a crumb trap door in the bottom. Sleek and fits any decor. The stainless steel accents add a nice touch as most of my appliances are all stainless steel. Easy to wipe down and clean.
Very lightweight, and toasts evenly. Great little toaster.

Cons
Typical example of planned obsolescence. Colossal waste of time.
Only one element turns on and apparently gets all the power as our toast are burnt. The toaster moves all over the counter with just a nudge!
Worked good for about 2 weeks, then constantly burns everything. The item got damaged after 1 week of use.

Bagel and defrost button work although you have to remember if you pressed them or not because there is no indication either way once pressed no lights or depression
