Instructions were great and i had it put together with the help from my 14 year old daughters in about 30 minutes

It was very well packed for shipping and arrived in perfect shape

The chip didnt happen in shipping because was packed well enough

Unfortunately a sizable hole had been poked in the carton and the rail hooks were missing
