The manual is horrible the software is not easy to use and the fact that it does not save pictures to its own website like the old panasonic cameras do is a huge problem

Ive been trying to get it to send images to my yahoo email account for any motion detection alarms and it has not worked

Ive got extensive network experience but spent over 25 hours and could not get the camera to connect externally to the internet for remote viewing
