Pros
It definitely meets and exceeded all my expectations. Excellent tool and a generous supply of grommets.
It takes about 2-3 tries to figure out how best to hold and use this. This one is so simple to use. Easy to grip.
Cons
Grommet tool comes with a mold that is too large. Can only be used with grommets that are made out of a metal that a magnet will hold. Magnets are pretty much worthless.
Regrettably, this tool isn't sturdy enough. Deceptive and costly. Don't waste your money.

I needed to add some grommets to a nylon sun shade the material was thickly sewn on the edge and i couldnt get the grommet to punch through

My solution was to melt a hole with a soldering iron and then attach the grommet
