Pros
The bissell rc vacuum cleaner is a dream to use. It's great for cleaning up the spots my cats like to mark in the carpet as well as the dirt and spills in it. It takes up no more room to store than my shark vacuum cleaner.
Cons
The brush is not removable. No thought was put into the cleaning of the cleaner. The dirty water bucket is really hard to clean, there is a hole in the back that says dump water here, but there is always some pet hair or debris stuck in that thing.
This thing is junk. Save yourself the $100 loss and just invest in a better model. This is the biggest piece of junk i have ever bought from amazon.

Con my biggest complaint is that the machine will stop dispensing cleaning fluid when this happens the trigger also starts making a clicking sound ive seen this complaint in other reviews

There should be a lock position for the collar so it can not turn on its own

You do have to empty the extraction tank and fill the solution bottle more frequently but youre purchasing a small machine so dont expect that it will hold the level of a large machine
