    I was worried about them losing them in the thorny bushes at the edge of my property, but the two times in three weeks they have lost their collars (actually a good track record for my cats, they lose their plain collars more when they wrestle), they lost them by getting stuck in a tangle of branches (not caught in thorns) and backed out of them with the collar still done up (i have them in quick release collars).
