Its not necessary to firmly press down into the plywood

The glue seemed to work well if u followed behind the iron with a 812 flat piece of wood

Pros price the color tone is spot on for the birch plywood from hd cool little grain irregularities that would look neat if i was staining

The only thing is this is a true 34 so if your work piece is wider it will not work

Since i was putting it on natural finished cabinets i simply gave it a shot of clear spray lacquer to seal it after it was applied
